1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pk86 ("pk86," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pk86 platform, website located at pk86.bio, mobile applications, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and esports wagering (collectively, "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on pk86, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or policies published on pk86.bio, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

pk86 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address associated with your account or through a notice posted on pk86.bio. Continued use of pk86 Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pk86 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pk86 enforces a strict 18+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players without prior written consent from pk86.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using pk86 is lawful in your location. pk86 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pk86, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.

pk86 may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active pk86 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited. pk86 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and promptly update your account profile if any details change. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk86 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify pk86 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. pk86 may suspend or restrict account access pending investigation of suspected security incidents.

4. KYC & Verification

pk86 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. All players must complete identity verification before withdrawal functionality is activated. KYC requirements may include, without limitation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document, such as a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• A selfie or live image for biometric identity confirmation.
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the preceding three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the payment method bears a different name to the registered account holder.

pk86 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during ongoing account monitoring. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits

All deposits to pk86 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pk86 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from anonymous payment sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the pk86 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to the pk86 wallet within the processing times specified for each payment method. pk86 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method used is in your name and that the funds originate from a lawful source. pk86 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending account review. pk86 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the pk86 withdrawal page. Processing times vary by payment method. pk86 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the time of the request, though these are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.

Funds deposited to pk86 and not subject to any active wager or bonus condition may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements and withdrawal processing conditions set out herein.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting at pk86, including cricket, esports, and all other markets, is subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once the bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued. pk86 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted under specific market rules.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those shown on the confirmed bet slip.
• pk86 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds is identified, where the market integrity is in question due to irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or data corruption, or where the settlement would be contrary to the evident intent of the bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet. These limits are published on the relevant market page and are subject to change.
• In-play betting markets are offered at pk86's discretion. pk86 may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.

8. Casino Games

Casino games available at pk86, including live dealer games, RNG table games, and slot titles, are provided for entertainment purposes. All pk86 slot games use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Live casino games utilise physical equipment — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — monitored under video surveillance.

9. Promotions & Bonuses

pk86 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. General promotional conditions include:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• pk86 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim promotional funds where evidence of abuse is detected.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk86 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with pk86 platforms.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of insider information exploitation.
• Money laundering or use of pk86 to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Exploitation of technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds.
• Providing false identity information or forged documents.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on pk86.bio, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game content, software, and textual content, is the property of pk86 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk86 Services for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pk86.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk86 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of pk86 Services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

pk86's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pk86 Services shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk86 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access pk86 at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.

13. Responsible Gaming

pk86 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard and are intended to assist players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• Continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of pk86 or other players.

Upon account closure for cause, pk86 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account after deducting any applicable losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits pk86's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the legal status of online gaming in Pakistan is their individual responsibility to ascertain and comply with. pk86 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction and provides no indemnity to players for any legal consequence arising from the use of pk86 services.

16. Amendments

Your continued use of pk86 Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
